I used once for one transition and…
I used once for one transition and money sent but in zing there was a issue of only sending not shown sent after 2 days i saw there it was sent i had offer to win 30 pound but i couldn’t get that offer I’m so disappointed for that.

Pretty good apart from
I singed up, with a referral, I must say the application process was quite easy, quick and straightforward. Although I’ve completed all my steps for the referral bonus £30- I’m still awaiting this referral bonus to be added 2/3weeks laters. No issues with my account perfect card too.

Don’t open an account with them you can be stranded at anytime, because you account can be blocked at anytime and no proper communication on when your account will be reopened, I am still battling that with them. No heads up, No communication

I was introduced to Zing by a friend…
I was introduced to Zing by a friend who sent me a referral code. According to him, I'll get a £30 reward once I download the app and make a purchase of £5 or above. I downloaded the app and I made an online purchase before the deadline which was 3rd December since my visible card was to arrive on the 5th of December and my phone doesn't accept the Google visual card reason I made and online transaction of £11.00 but uptil this moment, I haven't received any referral bonus of the £30 and I'm not happy about it.

Zing application in app
Website was easy to use to apply for zing card. Due to demand of offer extra checks were carried out in the app. However I had regular update emails from zing saying not to worry about the delay. Good customer service from zing.
