I signed up for the free trial, canceled it well before it ended, and STILL got hit with a $38.95 monthly charge. No customer support, no refund, no accountability. This company is preying on people's trust. Absolute scam—do NOT give them your payment info.

Great app, it has helped me to increase consistency and progress on my training, either at home or at the gym. AI and customer support are also superb.

It wasn't for me at this time but what I was impressed with was the speed and flexibility of the customer service. They were very helpful in providing my refund - and to be honest, when I am ready to tackle my fitness Zing will be where I go to first because of this experience.

Amazing team and service, the IA coach is helpful and routines are well structured and can be edited to your needs.

I highly recommend this app. I like how detailed the work outs are and how it adjust to what suits best for you. It's really helps me stay on top of my work outs everyday. I also like the reminder it gives. Plus having an actual schedule of different work outs the zing coach provides.

I wanted to take a moment to express how much this app has motivated me to exercise more consistently. Since I started using it, I've built a regular routine, and the results have been incredible—it's honestly better than any instructors I've had in the past! I've noticed many positive changes in my body and energy levels, and I truly appreciate the improvements to the app.
That said, I have a few suggestions for further enhancement:
Combining Calisthenics with Weight Training
I currently follow a calisthenics-based routine, and I would love the option to combine this with weight exercises. While I’m really happy with my current routine, incorporating both elements could help me progress even further. It would be great to have a weekly program that blends calisthenics with weight training to avoid the daily hassle of manually adding weights to my schedule.
Greater Variety of Exercises
It would be fantastic to see more diverse exercises in the app, particularly ones that incorporate equipment like kettlebells, boxes, ropes, and other functional tools. Adding more variety will keep the workouts fresh and challenging.
Routine for Older Adults
Lastly, I’d like to request the addition of a routine tailored for older adults, especially those who are new to exercise. I recently shared the 7-day routine with my 69-year-old mother, but the exercises, while useful, were too intense for her. A routine with lighter weights and more beginner-friendly movements would be invaluable for people like her who are just starting their fitness journey.
Thank you again for all the hard work you’ve put into this app

Says it’s free and you fill out all the forms to be asked to pay. Swivel on it.

I needed to change my email due to no longer having access. I got quick responses, kind responses, and utmost customer service for my troubles. The app is efficient to use as well. Thanks to Jo in customer service!

I love using the Zing app because it lets me work out at home or gym of any size, with or without equipment. The flexibility of customizing workout times and focus areas, combined with the countdown timer and live video feature, makes it so convenient to stay on track and get an effective workout.

I concur with the users who have flagged up the extortionate cost of the app. I signed up to a £13.99 pcm subscription but have been charged £34.99. Customer services are prompt to respond but only to direct you back to the app to glean the information you require. I have opened every single tab, the information I require re membership package options is not there. Why will a human being not help with this?
As a personal trainer I can confidently agree with the users who say that the library of exercises is limited, and the coaching is mediocre (at best).
I like that the app keeps me accountable but it is definitely not worth £34.99 per month.

I tried the one week subscription. Unfortunately I could not make the best out of it and stopped my subscription. Weeks after I noticed that I had been charged every week from by credit card. I sent a message through the client support email but I never had an answer. To this day I have been unfairly charged and not been refund. I just deleted my account on my mobile app out of frustration after trying to log in on my computer, unsuccessfully, to manage the issue. Impossible. I am awaiting to have some feedback please.

I could next get the app to work on my phone or laptop. I have been charged from may 2024 £38 on a monthly basis. When enquired i was told i will be give a month free to use the zic coach app. When my id itself was not allowing me to login how would i use the services. I need full refund from may2024 onwards. I will never recommend your app to any customers. They cannot even provide proper app support. They just go on deducting funds after trial prriod. Never trust them

I really like the app and have genuinely seen huge progress. For an AI powered app, I think it lacks customisation. For example, the goals that you can set - lose weight - gain muscle - get in shape. It would be great if you could say "washboard abs," or whatever it is you want.
My biggest peeve is with the body composition scan. I get wildly different results between scans and from room to room. There is such a wide margin between scans that I don't find them useful at all. It's annoying because the app has helped me reshape my body, but the scan tells a different story.
The scan was advertised as free with the paid version of the app. This is not the case. I had to pay £20 extra after my initial payment.
You will find that Zing keeps pushing more paid services even though you're a premium member. You would think that with such an expensive membership price these things would come as standard.

Really like weight-lifting routines that are adaptable to customer's time and available equipment. But at the same time, it is hard to follow out-of-regular format certain days.

Zing is absolutely brilliant! Not only does it give you exercises suitable for you, it analyses you using your camera which then tells you so much information!! It’s a great app!! 🥰

I couldn't even get the application to work. It kept on saying my password was incorrect. I did several resets with the same result. I got skeptical and cancelled my subscription. What I also didn't like about the sign up is the additional fees for the body scan and an additional fee for meal plans.

I have been working out regularly for 40 years and have used many apps, Jefit, Fitbod and probably others. I thought the Zing with the AI would be neat to try. I gave it a one week try (then I am going on vacation) and plan to give it one more week when I return.
Pros: The workouts are excellent. I felt good soreness in several body parts which is a good thing. Probably the best workouts I ever had from an App. This main pro may overcome all the Cons.
Like the fact that Zing responds to comments on this site. Question: is it Zing or its AI? Answers sound a little formulaic. Or maybe the AI was trained by the person who answers these comments.
Cons: The photo body scan doesn't work. At my best, I am 14% fat; the scan had me at 4% and urged me to gain weight. The body scan itself was closer to my actual body composition, but the price is not worth it when I can get a Inbody scan at my club for $15.
Versus the other apps, it was the least intuitive. Finding the page to record results requires you to go backwards two or three steps. Finding the history page required me several times to ask the AI where it was and it gave two different answers (either/or not, both)
Like most apps that recommend workouts, Zing does not allow your own exercises. It would be nice to allow customized exercises; seems there are almost an infinite number of exercises out there; if the AI can't use customized exercises in a workout, that's ok, we can add it or replace a particular exercise when we think it is appropriate.
Plan to try a second week of workouts when I return and then make a decision to go for the full year or not
