A1 service... keep up the great work

I recently ordered the otter box and hip holster for my galaxy s25 ultra. The case itself is fine. The holster seems warped or something though, it won't hold my phone securely. I clip it in completely, then as I'm walking it falls out and falls to the ground.

Second time I ordered from this site.. shipping was delayed because of the holidays but was updated and eventually received

Terrible order sent to wrong address when I emailed for it to go to the right one they still charge me 2 times with shipping fees I reached back no response company is a scam don’t order

The item is beautiful i love it. The service was great. My board actually came missing one name and they redid the whole thing free of charge.

This sign is beautiful!! We will put it on our family wall after I paint and reorganize frames. The first one came back only half printed but I reached out and they responded promptly with a quick replacement. Fast service! We received the new one just a few days later and it’s beautiful! We are so pleased!!

I ordered a crossword of family names for a Christmas gift. I accidentally selected the wrong quote. I sent an email to the company and received a response within an hour. Today I received the item. It was packed with a lot of protection. I absolutely loved the picture. I know my sons family will be happy with it.

I will say, after the item finally arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The artwork, and coloring on this blanket was even better than the preview. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was their choice of shipping. Item shipped on 5/9 and I received it on 5/28 FL to PA.

I ordered a plaque for my mom for Mother's Day. When I placed the order, it said it would arrive by Mother's Day. Then I received an email stating I'd get it the Wednesday after. I was unhappy, and sent a message to Zimeo. I was only telling them the situation, and that it made me unhappy. I only wanted and expected an apology, but I was offered to have some of my money refunded. I was blown away by that, and the refund came in a timely manner, also. This is a stand up company. The plaque itself, is high quality. I, and my mom, are more than satisfied with this purchase!!!

I liked the concept of the picture. But I didn't realize the outer area of the picture would be so dark making it hard to really capture the Netflix type backdrop theme.
