It was amazing how little information the dealerships tend to have. They live by the CarFax (if provided), and they don't even know they can get more than just that report that is available online, much less Zilocar.
The sales manager for the most upscale dealership of their chain took at look at what I brought from Trust Pilot and was floored. It also changed the conversation we were able to have with him. Would HIGHLY recommend this site to anyone looking for a vehicle b/c you'll have info the dealership or a private seller won't with plenty to back things up! Thank you, Zilocar. Will never look for a vehicle again without using Zilocar!!! Amazing and don't have to look up a lot of tings next time you look for a vehicle!!! AMAZING!!!!

quick, easy to use, good info and in depth

Thanks to Zilocar, we found out just in the nick of time that the van we were purchasing had odometer fraud -- 100,000K miles had gone missing. Buying that van could have put a big financial strain on our family. Now we know to do our homework first.

Had an issue with a car I was researching but was resolved. Zilocar is a good lower cost option than most title search companies.

Value in seeing previous sales and list prices.

Bought a 3-month package of reports at a great price, and it was a smooth purchase experience. Easy to use the site and the vehicle history reports are thorough and contain invaluable information. For example, it seems dealers are buying salvage title cars out of state and are able to resale with blue titles in Texas. Knowing the state where a low mileage used car originated is a tipoff to checking further for damage or repair indications. Glad I found zilocar!

First, I did some research to find which companies were the best and why and did some comparisons as to my needs for shopping for a used car . Since i was beginning the whole process I knew I would be checking the VIN numbers and histories of about at least 25 cars over the next few months. When i compared the reviews and the number of vehicles i would most likely be checking and the price , ZILO was definitely the best for me. So far it has been great eliminating many cars that first looked great in their online descriptions but bad in their vehicle history on Zilo!

While the quality of information is par with other services, the quantity is over and above. They show recent listings of the same vehicle along with photos and pricing along with history and ratings. It may have been the particular vehicle, but service records are missing which is troubling.

I order the report after I bought my car online.i did it blinded but your report gave me peace of mind. I was a little confused because even the car had two previous owners it showed the cars was on sale 30 times, but I guess every time the owners modify the price it's register as a new sale.

Reasonably priced service & I appreciate having a bank of credits to draw from. Made it very easy to get comprehensive reports as I dove into the miserable task of finding a reliable used car for my son.
Only glitch is that the app isn't available on the Play Store. My son helped me get it through the website, but it would be great if it was readily available through the store.

I’ve used Carfax for years and often find that the information is not up-to-date or is it accurate. Zillow car was absolutely awesome. More information than I found in previous Carfax. I was buying a used car that had been sold at auction with a rebuild title. Your site included all the pictures from the sale of the auction, which gave me the confidence to buy the car and know what the issues were before I even looked at it! Totally satisfied and will use the service going forward! Thank you so much, Michael.

Significantly more useful then Carfax. Provided a wealth of information that Carfax did not.

Report was as expected.

A very comprehensive report. It was easy to read and gave me good info to take with me to purchase the car. I felt comfortable armed with their information.

In the beginning, the pointing to setup the account wasnt really clear and reset password that glitchy. Also, its not clear opt out from renewal.

But, outside of that, these reports are the best I have ever used and i have done many. They are very clear and easy to pull and share. They clearly touch each aspect of vehicle history. Luv the dashboard to easily go back and review reports.

It was easy to obtain and I received the report within minutes. It confirmed the Carfax report plus some additional info.

The only problem is when I want another vin report I have to remember to click on the “use credits” button and not a credit card or Apple Pay to see the next report.

The site was recommended. I bought the 50-vin. Response was quick. The 1st vehicle was a bust. Zilocar assistance along with my mechanic saved $4k worth of repairs. Thanks, Zilocar.

I purchased a used car with a salvage title. I wanted to know what happened to thr car to cause it to be salvaged. I wanted to pay a ome time fee and not have a subscription I needed to cancel just to get the report. Zilocar was straightforward with no surprises of having to do and cancel any subscription. My report even included pictures of the accident so we understood exactly where the damage was. I was very happy with and impressed with my report. I would definitely recommend.
