What a miserable experience
What a miserable experience! I bought a gift card for two different people (one for a tech-savvy daughter). She could not redeem her card and finally gave up in frustration. The other gift card was given to someone for whom English is a 2nd language. She was also unable to redeem the gift card. We have spent about 3 hours on the phone (or on hold) with tech support on 4 occasions trying to remedy the problem, to no avail. This is a case for the Attorney General, but who has the time to go through that nosebleed for $40? (I think that was factored into their business plan).

Confusing experience
First I was taken to a survey that wasn't Zillions and asked may personal questions. I am conceerned about getting hacked. When I got to the Zillions site it talked about shopping which ended up meaning choosing the restaurants where I wanted to use the card. The whole experience was confusing.

This does not have a zillion ways to spend. When I select department stores nothing showed up. Walmart showed as an option for one card, but not the other card for the same amount. I am not impressed by this at all.
