A+ Custome Support

Ran into a small issue during business account verification. Being a cloud app, i was worried i would struggle to speak to someone. To my surprise the support process via Whatsapp was very quick and efficient. Great start!

If there below than 1 star we would like give it .We re very disappointed about the service and they closed our account for now reason and giving us delaying tactics , they want to wait 120days to return our money without no valid reason and all.

It’s a scam!!!

My experience with the Ziina app has been extremely disappointing.

I have been waiting for my money for over 3 days now, even though I was clearly told the transfer would be completed within 2 days. Until today, I still haven’t received anything.

I contacted customer support multiple times, but the response time is extremely slow — conversations take hours with no real solution or proper follow-up. On top of that, their way of dealing with customers is very poor, with no professionalism and no transparency at all.

So far, my money has not been transferred, and no clear explanation has been provided for the delay. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend using this app based on the level of service I received
