I bought a month to try it out. When I found that the software was too buggy for me, I decided to cancel.
Then I found out that they had charged for a whole year and not one month.
They have no way to contact support, only a AI chatbot that can't do anything.

I've used this daily for years.
I use this daily and have been using it since it was known as CloudApp. It's perfect for screenshots, both video and still. It's a great tool for explaining something to tech support or just capturing interesting things that you find online.
