I put in my payment details to get my funds out of this platform. A few days passed before I got a notification saying the transfer failed because my receiving address was supposedly incorrect. They asked for a specific correction fee to resend the payment. I could still see my full balance sitting right there on the dashboard, so I just paid the fee thinking I might have made a typo. After that, the payout never showed up and the status just remained unchanged.
I submitted a complaint to 'International Advocacy-Bureau' when the withdrawal stayed stuck for weeks. The complaint process took a while, and some of what I had in the account was later returned including the total deposit. You have to be extremely cautious with your details when using unfamiliar sites.
