I had problems big problems it was not a standard request but nick and James took control of the problem not sending 15 pages to read but trying different soloution s I've been with zfast for three years I have run test Internet stations on thier servers now have two websites couldn't be happier and the good news is I will be adding another simarlar site soon and I know they will help

Top notch hosting. It's fast, reliable and comes with an excellent level of support. Rarely do I run into any difficulties, but when I do, Andy, Nick and the team have always been there to help. I highly recommend!

Not been with them long, but as a reseller we do tend to interact with a provider more often than most. Response times on queries and problems are fantastic compared to our previous provider.

Still great and always helpful at zFast. This web hosting company is still very much fantastic at helping people and providing a first rate service. I know I have commented before, but today I needed to contact Support, and once again two of their advisors and support team - Nick and Callum - were just outstandingly helpful.

For me that says everything about a company when people are "real people" and they go out of their way to help you. If you are looking for web hosting, then I have no hesitation in recommending zFast.

Zfast have been nothing short of brilliant! I have recently started my own IT company and needed reliable, expert hosting services. After lots of research I chose zfast as my go to platform using their VPS server package. The package is perfect and a special thanks to two individuals that stood out with their support they provided me, giving me sound advice on the specification of the server and various support tickets when i needed help. Absolute pleasure to work with you and use your services for my buisness and I will highley recommend. Great job, and a massive thanks.

I find ZFast economic, efficient and knowledgeable. Glad I cam across them in my quest for an HSP I can trust and be happy with. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Excellent service that is highly recommended.

Strong and knowledgable.

Incorrectly charged VAT even though I provided a VAT number from outside the UK, every other hosting company zero-rates goods as they should. Support was unhelpful and I'll bring my business elsewhere.

Great service. I have very little computing knowledge but the advisors were great at guiding me through the process required to resolve my problem. Would certainly recommend Zfast to anyone with domain or hosting issues.

I've been with zFast for a while now, I host my client's sites using reseller hosting. My only gripe is that I have really limited permissions on my own reseller account. I have to create a ticket every time I want to change a client's domain which is a pain for example. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the service.

Andy N saved the day, when migrating my old website to their new servers, on top of changes made by Chrome, I found myself with an error message in place of my website -on which I rely for 90% of my sales. I was facing going out of business by not having any sales until the problem was fixed or the expence of built a replacment!

Fortunately Andy N, with a bit of help from others, like Tom, saved the day by taking my web pesence from that error message to a fully functioning site again.

That statement does not really do justive to the numerous problems Andy N had to overcome to restore my website to a fully functioning website.

I owe Andy N a great deal for doing so when he could have taken the 'it's not my proble' attitude & just told me I had a old site & suggested I find someone else to fix the problem.

I owe Andy N & the team 'big time' as they say and hope 1st Direct appreciate your efforts in sercuring this piece of business. Needless to say I'll be looking t replace my old site ASAP but in the mean time I know it's secure with Andy N looking after it.

I moved my reseller account from HostPapa to Zfast a few months ago, a far superior service and the support guys are always ready to help. The servers seem much faster too, no complaints from me.... Glad I made the move!!

we have been using zfast for a while now and for the price the service received so far has been good and their ticket support is fast which is a bonus.

The best support I've ever had with any hosting company, I did a review a while ago and I still have the same opinion, great and understanding support team.

Really unhappy - have had recurring issues since January, very slow to update tickets, at times my site addresses would point to an accountancy site which was nothing to do with me or my clients, nobody even apologised for this or saw anything wrong with it, was just one long nightmare after another and despite the hassle and giving them chance after chance I've had to move elsewhere. I'd give them a minus one if I could.
