BEWARE!!! They are a scam, they will sell you dreams, collect tons of money from you and then screw you at the end. If you are dealing with them now, RUN AWAY and discontinue all business with them. I ordered tons of products from them and either I never received them or if I did, it was 1/10 quality. Garbage company with even worse employees. Every few months, they connect you with a new "team member" that will help you with your so-called order. LOL SCAM! They created a website for me that went live for only a couple months or so, they kept asking for more money for hosting/maintenance. After I paid them $1175 now they have disabled my website and are asking me for $1500.00 to renew my domain, which they paid $12.99 for!!!!!! CROOKS! They will not give me my username/password for me to access my domain, instead they are holding my domain hostage until I pay them the $1500.00. After loosing over $5000.00 with this company, I ended up with NOTHING! Please do yourself a favor and get out while you can, I promise you they are thieves and will do nothing for you besides steal and lie!!!! RUN AWAY NOW!

Daanger& Warning this company is a den of thieves and full of fraudulent practices. One of their employees called me and offered me a discounted price for a website protection app. Turns out the employee was trying to get me to send $300 to him personally and was attempting to steal from me & his company. Then I purchased a SNL program to protect my website but I got hacked anyway and now I cannot get them to shut my website down despite the fact that I fired them from hosting my website. My wwbsite now has hidden porno links hidden on the bottom of it. I would have never knew it was there until one of my clients brought to my attention recently. They may offer you a low price for webhosting but they will continue to try to nickel & dime you for more money On their company website they lead you to believe that their a U. S. based company but after yo have paid them money like I did to make me a new company logo. You must know that their company is Not based in Texas or California as thier caller i.d, would leave you to believe but actually your dealing with a company in the country of Pakistan. They even have a male that speaks very good English and sounds like an American businessman that will call you to check on how they're treating you as a customer and to see how your logo & website project is coming along. He makes you think that he is the company head and it gives you the feeling that they're are an American based company and are legitimate. But don't let that fool you; they're good con men & women too. Al though they do good work, still DO NOT HIRE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE i DO.

I worked with Melvin who was pure gold. Accommodated my every need. Got the logo I wanted with the revisions needed.

Overall I had a good experience and am very satisfied with the final logos and stationary products. I will admit that I had a miserable experience working with Zesty initially with a team member assigned to my project that had awful communication and customer service skills, while at the same time himself and Zesty sales team put more effort into upselling additional SEO and marketing products. I requested another team member to work with, Dennis, and when he took over it was smooth sailing to the finish. Dennis provided effective communication, accountability, and timely delivery of the package that I purchased. Dennis saved this review from being 1 star!

I started with my project 3 years ago and spent a lot of money on a site I ok'd, but i was certainly wrong. I believed everything I was told by every account executive I was assigned. I spent thousands of dollars and my site still looked like crap and no SEO. I purchased all the bells and whistles I was told I needed. Every three weeks a new AE called me to say they were the new guy and would look after my website needs. Each new one said I needed to spend $599 or $399 or $999 on one thing or another. Then after all that time I came across Melvin Scott. I liked what he had to say and I listened to the ideas he had. Zesty Brand was a God send. First, let me state: I am not a person to give anyone a bad review, I am a willing to give someone chances to get things right and if not then I will do what needs to be done. If you look at the title of my review and dont understand what it meant, let me explain. Today is March 2nd, 2020, keep this date in mind . My website project started with "Logo Jeeves" in February 2017. The initial conversation with the project manager that was assigned to me, many promises were made , he ended up leaving with a broken leg.. Another PM ( Project Manager) was assigned to me, she was unable to communicate in the right manner because her English was not fluent, so we kept having problems communicating. From 2017 - 2019 I had 9 different ( Project Managers) assigned to my project. Everyone was either leaving the company, reassigned, or simply disappeared, and I was left up the river with no paddle. (imagine my frustrations) because with each PM, it was like starting over.The site ended up where I was unable to use it because everything was wrong, colors, content , everything. Keep in mind everything was paid for/ Chat Integration/ SEO & SMM/Video and Content. Email Campaign/ Social Marketing/Reputation Mgmt/Website Optimization/Website Analysis/ Too Setup..Off & Onsite Optimization and management of my online reputation with social media account.The website is unusable, and I have not been able to work my business as a Wedding and Event Planner since. I had nothing to show my clients, All of this took place with the company Logo Jeeves, and I stuck it out because my funds was not refundable. Lets move forward.January 2020, after giving up on Logo Jeeves and insisting that I needed my money back I went back into my email to look for the Director's number to call and have a chat with him. When I called, a gentleman by the name of Shane answered and immediately I started pleading my case. Shane was in disbelief and told me that he was with a company called Zesty Branding and he review everything and get back to me. This guy Shane got back to me that same evening and he ended up being an angel that came to deliver me from my agony with Logo Jeeves. Shane promised that he would take over and assign my project, to his top Project Manager Dennis Clark. Guys, let me tell you, it was the smoothest transition ever Dennis is the next best thing since slice bread. I started working with Dennis right away and Shane keep in touch with me to make sure everything was working out and if I was happy. Listen, let me tell you guys, Dennis is the BEST BADASS EVER!!! sorry for the language, but it is true, this guy worked with me and keep me abreast with emails, phone calls,and if he did not understand what I wanted he would call and we would have discussions. Dennis would advise me on what he thinks, and we would chat about it and move on. It was like a love website relationship, once Dennis receives my emails on changes, he would notify me via text or email that my email was received and he would let me know when it would be completed, and bet your bottom dollar he was always on point. I am sure my website would of been completed within one - two months , but I had many addition and changes and was elated that finally I had someone who was working with me, and was helping me through everything. Dennis was so patient and understanding he did not rush me, when I reach out to him, he would answer with a text or email. If he is in a meeting he would let me know. Listen, I am extremely happy with the service I am receiving from Dennis of Zesty Branding. If anyone is reading this, ask for Dennis he is truly Amazing, caring and will definitely assist you in any area of your project. Shane would reach out to make sure all is well, and this makes me feel so special and that I am somebody. I went from Rags to Riches with Dennis of Zesty Branding. I am very please with service from Zesty Branding. So far everything has been great! I have never experience any issues with the development of my website. It has been an unbelievably harmonious experience. The personal attention that I received from my Project Manager Dennis Clark is extraordinarily amazing. He reaches out to me to make sure everything is good. I never have to call him to follow up. He quickly and accurately incorporates edits and updates to the site as we are constantly releasing new music. We are very please with the work. Thank you ZB!
