Bee was very friendly returned my call…

Bee was very friendly returned my call today and in full professionalism listened to my report of default fridge. After giving her all details she is going to froward my claim to the repair team. I am looking forward to an engineer to contact with a visit date to find out what is wrong with the mimi fridge. I have a good experience with Zest care team, they are reliable and friendly.

If all goes according to plan 5 stars, less if it doesn't. Either way, Chi Chi was very helpful, a pleasure to talk to.
In all my experiences of dealing with Zest I have never had a problem. I know that when they say something will be done it will be.
I would, and still do recommend them to everyone

Washing machine repair by Zest

Zest sent Patrick, an engineer to repair my washing machine. He was friendly and helpful. He found out the problem for the water leaking and replaced 2 parts in the machine. Well done to him. What a great service!

Recommend but could be better

Slow to resolve problem with replacement offered. Eventually, though did sort it out. Read small print delivery and removable of new/old appliance is not covered. Price is very good though and half of my issue was Hotpoint not zest

I had a great experience speaking with Bee from Zest Plan. She was very friendly and polite on the phone, which made the whole interaction pleasant and easy. She listened carefully to my issue and acted quickly to arrange an engineer visit at the earliest possible time. Her efficiency and professionalism really stood out, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. Highly appreciated!

LOST MY MACHINE??!!!

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Zest Insurance.

I’ve been without my machine since February, which is already far too long. I was told it had been repaired on 17th March, but here we are weeks later and it still hasn’t been returned to me.

So where is it?

There’s been a complete lack of communication and no clear answers about the delay. It’s unacceptable to be told something is fixed and then have no update on when or if it will actually be sent back.

Overall, extremely poor service and very disappointing handling of my claim. Will be looking to go back to D&G after this experience.

Policy cancellation

Phone call made today to cancel my Mum’s policy. Unfortunately she has terminal cancer and is no longer living in her property. The policy is no longer required. Can’t believe how straight forward and caring Jay was in processing the cancellation. I wish all the companies I have to deal with were as helpful and compassionate. Thank you Jay.

Lewis was extremely helpful

Lewis was extremely helpful. I do believe he genuinely wants to help my 80 year old mother get her replacement. However he is extremely hampered by restrictive processes with no way of escalation or ability to transfer to manager or case manager. I am hoping to hear back very soon. Thank you Lewis. Very obliging

Communication was poor between engineer…

Communication was poor between engineer & myself.
I called to cancel. Engineer did not get message so had waisted trip.
Day 2 both myself and engineer told different times.
Late text arrived, not the night before to confirm booking.
On a plus side, the engineer & I agreed time for visit.
