These people are scammers, at first the service works great until they decide to stop it, asked me to pay 2 dollar to start it again and then they scammed me for almost 1000$, never take from these guys
Scammers. You'd better not order from them. Watched TV for only one day and then stopped. Lost my subscription money. I'm not getting any response anymore.
WARNING - SCAM.
The 24-hour test went well.
I tried to pay for the service to the account they indicated (Bulgaria), and the bank requested proof of payment (for example, an invoice).
As it was not possible to provide it, the bank returned the money (I think because they knew it was a scam or were suspected of providing illegal services by the authorities).
I made a new payment as instructed, this time via Western Union (Morocco).
After receiving the money, they stopped responding (+212 780 218756 / +212 664 236388) and blocked me. (They must be changing their phone numbers because the logo disappeared).
As a result, I lost the money and was left without service.
NEVER THINK ABOUT HIRING THIS SERVICE = SCAM
After a month without service, they sent a message asking for €5 to reactivate the service. They say the service requires a VPN. I said I already had a VPN I paid for, and they kept insisting to pay the €5. THIS IS A SCAM! I bought a 1-year subscription and it only worked for 6 months. One month after I complained, they now want €5.
Be very careful, it's a terrible service, after 6 months nothing works anymore. Then you are contacted to have €10 credited so that it works again and further money is taken from your card. They took €2800 from meAfter contacting them they blocked me and never responded again. Luckily I had insurance with my bank which refunded my credit. They are a bunch of thieves.
My experience is consistently positive. In the meantime, there were a few problems with the required player, but the support took care of it and found solutions very quickly.
Every question was patiently endured and answered, every time there was a mistake, a solution was worked out in no time
