Support never responds

I bought three 7 meter MAYA Ultra High Speed HDMI cables from them and one of the cables didn’t work, no video or audio despite trying it on multiple devices and multiple ports. The other two cables were fine. I contacted support over two weeks ago and have gotten zero responses. I’ve sent five mails now and there’s no other way to get in touch with them. The cable ties it comes with even have the support email written on them..

Do not buy from Zeskit because if you have any problems you have no recourse.
