A good product, unfortunately the filters are getting expensive, we'll soon have to find another filtering method I fear.

From my order of 4 pieces filter, 3 pieces we couldn't use because of bad quality of the blue ring from the filter. The unfiltered water is dripping in the filtered water! Its not closing correct. Dezaster...so expensive and we were drinking water the same quality with the water from the facet.

The taste of zero water at 0 tds is really something that can not be replaced by anything! The only thing I don’t like about it is that as the filter loses filtering capacity, the taste of water becomes very peculiar, not even like tap water but worse. Have been using it for over 3 years now and I will not go back to drinking tap water again.

The service with the delivery is spotless. The product itself for me is disappointing. Still after a few weeks the water that comes from the water filter has a chemical taste. I did exactly what is writen in the manuals, but the taste stays there. The checking device that comes with the filter says that the contamination is zerro, so for that part it’s working. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Try an other brand.

One of the 3 filters that we ordered is not working properly. We ordered a Combi-box: 1.9 Liter Water Jug (Round) incl. total 3 filters. The first filter that we installed worked fine and gave us good water. When the second filter was installed, we noticed that the water had an odd taste. We then installed the 3rd filter and the water tasted fine. The TDS tester that you supplied displayed "000" as your instructions indicated. We would like a replacement for the 2nd filter. Please let us know when we can receive this replacement filter. If you'd like to check the filter yourself, we can send it to you with a pre-paid shipping label and an RMA code, if needed.

After 2-3 weeks of use, the water was the same as without the filter. we informed the company where we bought it from (ZeroWater Hungary), the answer was that the water must be hard here. I didn't expect this for this much money, the company's problem management is zero, they hardly wanted to answer, they only responded after several inquiries.

The filter lasted 3 weeks and started smelling like a rotten fish
