Got to know this product in a course about tea. I bought this for my home-made tea and was so happy to have clear water. Deffinitely a much greater taste, and looks brighter. A year later, I opened my own teashop and never doubted a second. I got this system for the shop too, to have tasters and just for my own use as well. Also makes the life of your machines a lot longer (water cooker, coffee maker,...)

Top product, effective measurable filtering. (you're left just guessing with other brands). Water, Tea and coffee tasting so much better. Water without filter, various test moments: in between 390 en 610 particles per ml, after filtering: 000 particles! Very friendly customerservice, willing to help and explain, all questions answered. When the taste of the water does not invite you to have more, you will be so happy to get zerowater for less then 1 euro a day.

I spent some time in a house in the middle of the forest where the tap water comes straight from a natural source. When I came back to the city and drank some tap water I noticed a huge difference in taste. So I did some research and found out about Zero Water. I bought a jug and have been using it for a few days. The difference is astounding. The smell of chlorine and taste of murky water are gone. I wouldn't go as far as saying it tastes the same as the water from the mountains, but very close to it. According to the tester it is even more pure than the bottled water we buy at home, which is very good quality. Will continue using it, but so far it seems like a fantastic, cost-effective and sustainable solution. Good job Zero Water!!!

Delicious and healthy water if you like low mineral taste, like Spa. If you like hard water tastes like Vittel, don’t buy.

By far the worst customer service I've experienced in years. I purchased a 200 euro water fountain with 4 extra filters and these guys are unable to respond to emails. If your tap water is over 400 TDS these filters don't work, and this company will not help you find a solution. A shame after purchasing their highest value product. I used this filter in the US where it worked fine and never had a problem. Only since I bought it here have I had issues. I certainly do not recommend this business to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

A good filtering but the tap is way too high from the bottom of the container, meaning we are wasting a quarter of the container! too bad!

unfortunately i have order 8 filters but at the end received 4. this never happened with the Zero water uk. so probably i am ordering form UK again.
Other than that i am happy with the filters eventhough they not last more than 3 weeks and then have this disgusting smell and taste that warns it should be changed.

Edit: I am forced to change my initial review since the reaction from the company was lightning fast. They ackloledge their mistake and after a partial refund they sent the 4 filters that they forgot in the first place. Since this is extraordinary i have to thank them and change this review 5 stars. Any company acting like that deserves it!
