Once installed the SSL works…
Once installed the SSL works faultlessly; perfect.
However, installing on a windows server is pure hell.
The company needs to create an easier complier/converter to transform their cert into one that windows can read. (Includes the private key)
They provide instructions, but you need to be a true programmer to convert it.

Had forgotten to cancel my subscription…
Had forgotten to cancel my subscription so my card failed from the virtual card I used, they sent me a notice that my service could be interrupted if I didn’t update my card. I responded and said we didn’t need the certificate since I had migrated the site and had forgotten to cancel. They were very helpful and just took the cancellation at the date we intended to cancel. Lot of places would say you owe and hounded you for payment (like Thumbtack). I’d recommend ZeroSSL on that cooperative experience alone.

Great service and quick respons
Good to mention: we are a non-profit organization from the Netherlands. We have been using SSL for years with great satisfaction. This month we have a project for which we need 1 additional SSL. ZeroSSL has been kind enough to provide it to us free of charge. Very happy with that. Also the friendliness of the employees ensures that we will not leave ZeroSSL.

Poor service and scammy at that
Poor service and scammy at that. If you delete or revoke an SSL you don't get another allotted until that one expires. It's revoked essentially deleted. Yet im required to keep paying for it the remainder of the year. They did graciously... Offer for me to upgrade to a higher plan. This company belongs in the depths.
