Product works as expected
Product works as expected and seems to be of decent quality.
What I received seemed to be missing the template for marking out where to install the product as seen in instructional videos, which would have been handy. Also, for the price paid I would have expected screws / fixings to be included to be able to install it. A not insignificant inconvenience having to source them from elsewhere.

I am really disappointed with your…
I am really disappointed with your understanding of my order. You assumed I was a business in Northern Ireland and did not contact me or ask. I had to chase my order up with your enquiry team, who then sent me a form to fill in regarding the EU. People in Northern Ireland who are British citizens feel so humiliated due to the sea border and our sovereign government and King and continually feel our Britishbess undermined but these birder checks in our own country.

Poor service
They sent me weatherstrip with no adhesive backing and when I emailed them for a refund they not only didn’t reply. They didn’t even open the email. Try elsewhere I say.
