New football shirt
I read / saw on the news pages about Loch Ness FC new football shirt. I thought the design was fantastic, and now wear mine with pride......In Lincolnshire by the way!
There was a bit of a delay in receiving the shirt (due to high demand) but when it arrived there was a lovely letter explaining this and thanking me for my purchase.I now look out for their results every week. Thank YOU Loch Ness!

**Update** - despite our efforts, Olaf has decided to send us an abusive email accusing us of stealing his money. His shirt was delivered the day after he posted this review, taking 6 working days despite the busy Xmas period, Covid-19 and Brexit, so we'd say that's pretty good!
Despite having to wait ages..........
Despite having to wait ages for the shirt, then the name being incorrect, and having to wait all over again, they kept me posted the whole time and I couldn't have asked for a friendlier approach. They even called me to explain what had happened the first time. Mistakes happen, it's how you deal with them, especially with retail sales, and this was/they are a shining example of how to do it properly.
The shirt is also awesome. Have a good season, when we finally get going again. Thanks Loch Ness FC, regards James

Thank you! Yes organic cotton will shrink slightly due to it not being treated with the same chemicals as most products, but if you wash on a low heat they should be ok!
