I was happy with the overall shopping but…

I was happy with the shopping but since I couldn't try the items on ahead of time, I did have to return two items that just didn't fit the way I thought. When they say "relaxed fit", it's almost too flowy for someone who is 5'4" and fit unless that is the look/fit you're looking for.

Nice Trendy Clothes

My wife was very happy with the style and fit of the clothes. Just be prepared and patient since it takes 6-7 weeks to arrive.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP!!!!!

Placing an order was easy. Getting it delivered - VERY VERY SLOW. Once received, the sizing was way off. You can NEVER get any response from customer service. They do not respond in regard to a refund or exchange. When I finally did get a response, they asked for more money and told me t pay through an email address. NOT POSSIBLE! Now I have dresses that don't fit and no repsponse from the company. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Unfortunately the dresses I ordered…

Unfortunately the dresses I ordered were too big even though they were a small. I try to return them and was told I couldn’t but I could get $8 credit and keep the dresses. I paid almost $100! That is ridiculous to me! When I complained about that, they said $24 credit. That still didn’t fix the problem. I’m not very happy about their return policy. Also, the dresses took very long to get here. I won’t be ordering again from this site.
