Misleading Savings Card and Terrible Customer Support
I’m extremely frustrated with my experience using the Zepbound Savings Card. I was given a card by Eli Lilly that clearly stated I should only pay $25, but when I went to CVS, I was charged $156 and they wouldn’t apply the discount.
I tried to fix the issue by calling Eli Lilly. The first person I spoke to said they would email me a reimbursement form within 15 minutes, but I never received anything. I called again, and the second representative told me to try a different pharmacy, but couldn’t even tell me which ones actually accept the card.
On top of that, she suggested I buy the medication directly through them at an even higher price, which didn’t make any sense.
This whole experience has been disappointing and honestly feels very misleading. If the company can’t honor the discounts they advertise, they shouldn’t be offering them in the first place.
This was my first time using this medication, and based on this experience, it will probably be my last.
