I needed a custom cable made for my Conspit 300 GT to connect to my VRS QR Connect Wheel Adapter. I reached out and got a response straight away. They were completely transparent that they would need to order in some parts for it if I was to go ahead with my purchase and that it would add time/delay to fulfill the order.

International shipping is super slow, took about month to receive goods but that’s okay as the most important thing is the quality of the product.

I’m more than happy with the cable, it’s the perfect length and I no longer have a coil of wire wrapped around the column. Making the rig look cleaner.

Whilst it’s a luxury purchase, I would highly recommend Zen to anyone needing a custom cable made.

Hopefully save up for a wheel at some point in the future.

I’ve been searching for a large and professional steering wheel for a long time — without too many gimmicks and without having to spend €1000+.

The materials, shifters, buttons, and grip are excellent. I can’t get enough of driving with the Vezza Ultra v2.

Zen’s personal support is incredibly good and simply cannot be topped.

I’m fully convinced by his products and I’m looking forward to more in the future.

I bought the Uniflex from him and have to say that it is a wonderful all-round steering wheel that is a lot of fun to drive. The LEDs and lighting effects add the finishing touches. The finish is really great and gives the impression of a real racing car. A real recommendation for all racing junkies like me.

Received the Wheel! It is an absolute Beauty! Great craftsmanship! It feels really good in my hands and because of its weight, the FFB feels better. I can highly recommend this product!

I purchased the ZS-LMP-PRO Simracing Steeringwheel and I am very pleased with it. I purchased my first third party steering wheel and zenssimwheels was very helpful and I was able to purchase the product without having to worry about anything.

The ZS-LMP-PRO has a very beautiful design and perfect functionality for a high end steering wheel. The LED backlit switches in particular are so beautifully colored that the switches can be clearly recognized even in a dark room and can be operated reliably even during heavy driving. In addition, the dash display integrated into the steering wheel has a better resolution than expected and allows you to see information clearly.

I purchased from Japan, and the product was packaged very well and the steering wheel had no problems whatsoever. Thanks to all the staff at zenssimwheels for doing a top notch job!

I am probably one of the first proud owners of the Vezza Ultra steering wheel from Zen and I don't regret the purchase in the slightest!

When I found out about Zen's products through a random comment on youtube, I discovered the Vezza Ultra and immediately fell in love with it. It combines everything I was looking for with a design that I find very appealing!

The steering wheel was only available for pre-order at the time I contacted Zen and I asked for an on-site appointment to see the wheel in real life. I had already had bad experiences with steering wheels, so I won't buy another one without having had it in my hands.
Zen showed understanding for this and even made an appointment with me before the actual release where I could test the wheel and even take it with me.

About the wheel itself:
The build quality is excellent! The buttons feel nice and crisp and the knobs engage perfectly so that you don't adjust anything unintentionally while driving.
The weight of the wheel is impressive and also extremely advantageous! Switching from an overhyped American brand with 3 letters to the Vezza Ultra, I was amazed at how the force feedback has changed! I could feel so many more details and I got a completely new driving experience. I also had to reduce the force feedback by a good 30% when I changed, because the weight of the old wheel had simply swallowed up everything. And by the way, I'm riding a Simucube 2 Pro.

I haven't had any problems so far. So I can't say anything about the repair service yet. But I'm confident that this won't be a problem with Zen either. So far, he has been very obliging and helpful.
Setting up the colors is also very easy after a short familiarization with Simhub.

In the end I would like to thank Zen for being so helpful and understanding with me, my impatience and my ideas! I know that sometimes I am not an easy customer.

Your products are amazing, they have absolutely nothing to hide from the big names in simracing, rather the opposite is the case! The manufacturers should take an example from you and your passion!

perfect and lovely wheel really love it from day one, has waited long time but he said why and when he has the stuff he bulidt it in cuople of days! if there are anything you can just write to him and he answer mostly in minutes! best support i ever had. the quality is the best you can get

This guy is one of the best! Amazing skill and customer feedback. I had have such a problem with the wheel and he calmed me down to give me a new cable for free which solved the whole problem. Amazing how he take cares of u. And the steering wheel is perfect! I would recommend all of his products. This guy know his work!!

First I was helped professionally by one of the employees. Various products have been tested in order to arrive at a customer-specific solution.

The possibilities for the products are great, in the end we put together a fully customized wheel consisting of materials for the current package of requirements and tests.
