Product came damaged and not working
Product came damaged and not working. I sent an email to the info@zens account but have not received a response
Edit: currently in contact with support team regarding warranty. Will post an update of my experience.
Edit 2: after speaking with customer service I was able to get a new one while sending in the damaged one. Everything is working great and the process of speaking with customer service was easy and smooth.

Nice, but doesn’t work for me.
The device will only hold and charge my phone in the horizontal position.Finding a clock app that will work horizontally has been impossible. The concept is good but the device doesn’t work for me.

Thanks for your review. I noticed you ordered the Magnetic Nightstand Charger. This charger will charge an iPhone 12 and up horizontally, this will activate Apple StandBy mode / the alarm clock.

The main product I purchased was great
The main product I purchased was great; however, I fell for the "you are $.01 away from a free gift" thing and ended up buying a portable charger which is pretty crappy and a desktop magsafe (gift) which is pretty sketch as well.
