Ordered a pillow through Good Morning America on May 12. The contact company is in N.Carolina. Got reply and shipping info that said it would be delivered May 14…wow! I am in S.Carolina. Since then no delivery and when I check with FedEx it just says shipping label has been made.
Cannot reach Zenpur at either phone number or website. What is going on? They have my money too!

I started having little neck pain and had stiff neck when I woke up in the morning.
Actually I don't have pain neck any more when I wake up in the morning.
this pillow is ergonomically designed to fit the curve of the head and neck, provides the natural spine support for the body.
this pillow is made of high density foam which provides maximum support. the cooling gels inside help keep the feel of the pillow cool and doesnt gets too heated up. the pillow is breathable which keeps sweat away.
it is antibacterial and keeps dust, mites etc away.
the outer covering is soft and comfortable. it has a zip so it can be easily removed to be washed.
the sleep improves a lot if the pillow is right and it doesn't causes any discomfort.
I was skeptical when I bought them having tried many pillows before. But I was proven wrong, I never slept better before buying this one and that neck pain I had is now gone. It’s heavy and great quality and great value for money. I had to air it for a day or two so that chemical smell is gone but other than that it’s perfect.
High quality products that have helped me to have better nights and improve my sleep overall. Totally recommended.
