Der Kundensupport ist wirklich top. Ich hatte zu Beginn ein paar Fragen zur Einrichtung und wurde sofort per Live-Chat und später sogar telefonisch unterstützt. Keine Standardantworten, sondern echte Hilfe. Man merkt, dass das Team Ahnung vom Theme Trading und KI hat.
Die Plattform läuft zuverlässig und die Kl-Signale sind gröbtenteils sehr präzise. Ein paar zusätzliche Analysefunktionen wären noch wünschenswert, aber insgesamt ein starkes Tool fürs automatisierte Crypto- und Forex-Trading.
Die Idee ist super und die KI macht vieles richtig, aber ich hätte mir etwas mehr Transparenz bei den einzelnen Strategien gewünscht. Die Performance ist ok, aber nicht immer konstant. Für Einsteiger sicher interessant, aber ich hoffe, es wird noch weiter ausgebaut.
