Best call answering service we have…
Best call answering service we have used so far. We are a storage company open 24 hours to public. We get calls around the clock so its to much for us to handle by ourselves. Having Zenith on board has really helped with all the missed call we were getting. We get a lot of compliment on the customer service which is a great bonus for us. Thanks guys for your hard work. Definitely recommend Zenith PA.

Streamlined Property Management with ZenithPA's Call Handling
We are a property management company and we use Zenith to answer calls (via option 3 on our phone system) for tenants to book repair jobs when they call. They have access to our online reporting tool and capture all details required so that we don't have to call them back. Saving us time and money.
