Ups and downs but loyalty is within
Zengo is very honest with payouts in Bitcoin, I was receiving discounts from Moonpay through zengo which was a blessing, but then there was a technical problem and I have not received the discounts since. I had to unsubcribe Zengo to subscribe to get it up and running with no hiccups. My
loyaltys is with Zengo and will always be with Zengo. Thank you Zengo for being such a great supportive company.

Zengo is a user friendly app
Zengo is a user friendly app. I particularly like that when I am sending funds it will copy the account # from What’s Up. Also, it doesn’t list the prior account numbers which reduces the chance for errors.
Customer service is excellent, they answer all my questions in a timely manner.
I love this wallet.

Zengo has been 5star for years now
Zengo has been 5star for years now - however as of this month Dec 2024 the UK government will not let UK residents buy bitcoin through Zengo or any of their affiliates (moonpay, Transak, etc). If you speak via chat they say you can but you need to go to the affiliate website, but after giving them all your contact and personal data it then says no longer able to provide bitcoin to UK. So if you live in the UK and want to buy bitcoin, avoid.
