Great product.
Does what it is susposed to do.

No instructions were sent. Difficult to find good instructions on line. Very high shipping costs
Gimbel itself is beautifully constructed

Arrived with a small attachment piece broken and immediately dispatched a new part to replace it.

Very smooth Gimbal-heads, very light weight, beautiful craftsmanship.

The service provided is pretty much better than AMAZING.
I was dying to Hawaii and had to get a new gimbal, there was less than a week before my flight. I emailed and communicated with Andrea Zen of Zenelli and it was organized that I would have it in time! I took the gamble to order hoping Andrea would be right!
Three days later it was delivered, in time for my flight to Hawaii.

The Carbon fiber gimbal is light as advertised and fits securely on my RRS Carbon fiber monopod. The Arca swiss clamp securely holds an RRS MPR-1 plate with the moveable flange positioned mid-way on the plate so as to mate-with/butt-up-against the front of the Leica 100-400 or 90-290 lens feet with a SL3 and SL3-S bodies.

I purchased a tripod, a gimbal and two Arca lens feet and they are not only all gorgeous, but beautifully made and functional. I would heartily recommend them. The only slight negative comment that I have is for the neoprene protection for the gimbal which doesn‘t fit perfectly. The customer service is perfect and the contact friendly.

I purchased the Carbon MC, ZX, ZB and they are a eye catcher. They are beautifully made and the smoothnes is awesome. The ZYX was lost at customs and Zenelli sent another one out right away. Thank you very much for great equipment.

Getting the QR Release plate with lens attached onto the tripod head was so difficult that i decided to sell the head. not happy at all with this product

I've been using the Carbon ZX for several years now, have tried other brands but this is "the" gimbal for me. I never think about how's going to perform, it's invisible, and as a tool, this is how it should be. Loaded with a Sigmonster (Sigma 300-800) on a D5, shooting the moon or shooting birds in flight, it's always performing as (to date) the best gimbal I ever had.

Very satisfied. Amazing products: light, easy to use, perfect design. All made in Italy.

It’s hard to get very excited about a gimbal head for a tripod but their product looks like it was crafted for a F1 car. It’s an outstandingly built work of art!

Service and communication was top notch when I purchased direct from Zenelli Carbon ZX.

I read complaints about the adjustment knob but I don’t agree. It works flawlessly on my Canon 400mm F2.8 lens.

I was taught function before form but theirs has both.
