Documents shouldn't be the part of your day that slows everything down. Whether you're filling out a form, drafting a contract, or just trying to convert a PDF without installing software, the tools built for that work are often more complicated than the task itself.
Zendocs is a document platform for people who need to get paperwork done today — from individuals handling a one-off form to small teams managing contracts, agreements, and PDFs every week. You shouldn't need a lawyer or specialist software to finish a document, generate a contract, or share a file that looks right.

I tried using Zendocs once and was charged $54.99. I had thought I was using a free trial. I contacted customer service to ensure that I was NOT subscribing monthly and they assured me this was a one time payment. Today I was charged another $54.99. I contacted customer service AGAIN and they told me this charge could not be reversed and my subscription has been cancelled. Is this some type of scam?

Easy to use. I asked for FREE. Just like Adobe, you load then say TRIAL PERIOD OR PAY NOW! You all lie.

The Zondoc are very dangerous. Take your money without permission from your account, and are not responsive.

I used Zendocs only one time to reduce the size of a PDF file. I believed I was paying only a small trial amount ($1.02), but later I noticed a much larger charge ($41.08) from my bank account.
I contacted their support team regarding this issue. First, I received an email clearly stating that my subscription had been cancelled and that a full refund had already been processed. Because of this confirmation, I contacted my bank multiple times and waited for the refund.
Later, Zendocs informed me that no refund had actually been issued and that I was not eligible for a refund. Receiving two completely different responses caused a lot of confusion and stress.
As a student from Sri Lanka, this amount was very important to me financially. I hope the company improves communication regarding subscriptions, billing, and refund confirmations so other customers do not experience the same situation.

SCAM!!!! Signed up for a one time trial charged $1 even though initially was told it was free. Now 7 days later have been hit with a subscription fee. Requested a refund and David their customer service guy(pretty sure is AI) says he empathizes but cannot do a refund!. RIDICULOUS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I used their 7 day free trial for which I made a, supposedly one off, AU $0.77 payment.
I cancelled my 7 day subscription before the 7 day trial expired and received an email informing me that my cancellation request had been received and that my trial subscription would be inactive after the last day of the 7 day free trial
It is now 3 days after my free trial subscription was supposed to be inactive and yet I am still able to login, and all my files are still accessible.
Quite clearly, Zendocs has not cancelled my trial subscription and made such free trial subscription inactive. Accordingly, I am expecting that they will place a charge on my bank account for a monthly subscription that I neither requested nor agreed to. If this haappens, I will immediately contact my bank reuwesting a credit card charge back for all payments to Zendocs.
From other reviews I have read on this and other forums, this is how Zendocs deceitfully operates.
Beware of this company and check you bank balances immediately and thereafter for any unauthorised charges by Zendocs and immediately contact Zendocs for a refund and cancellation of all subscriptions that you didn't agree to and, more importantly, also contact your bank and request that it initiates a credit card charge back against all unauthorised payments to Zendocs.
BEWARE OF THE DIRTY TACTICS EMPLOYED BY THIS COMPANY.

Very easy to use when completing the document I needed. Also allowed me to sign my doc with my actual signature making it official instead regular typed one. Also, it was very inexpensive.

It was a no stress experience for me and this is always important!

It changed my layout and didn't let me view it before download.

"modify pdf for free" and then ask you to pay after a whole 15 min compiling it or you can't
