Happy with the chain, will defo order again👍

Do not buy from here! I bought a chain for my boyfriend at Christmas, it broke within a couple days. It says you can exchange it if anything goes wrong so I asked to exchange the chain however they don’t respond to their emails. I sent about 4 emails and they didn’t respond to any of them! Very poor service

Their jewellery is fake, they ignore your emails, and they will NOT send you a refund. Take your money elsewhere, otherwise you won't get it back.

Ordered a product which did actually arrive. Sent it back for a refund as it was too small and still have not received my refund. The company just ignore all emails and messages and still have not had a response.

Ordered another product in the mean time as I wanted this chain for a specific occasion and this took over 4 weeks to arrive.

Scam!! I ordered a custom pendant for my dad back on November 17th 2021. They emailed me on December 1st saying I should receive this order in 2-3weeks. It is now January 26th 2022 and I have still not received my pendant. I’ve emailed them about it, they say they moved to a new warehouse over the New Years which I believe is a lie. I can’t even get a refund. I planned on wearing the custom pendant for my dads birthday Jan 14th in memory of him but I guess I just got scammed instead. Thanks zenchii for ruining everything you guys are really good scammers. Keep it up you will be shut down soon

I sent back my order for refund before Christmas and still have not received any return payment for the chain I sent back, possibly the worst customer service in a company I have seen in years. Would love to hear back from you see what you have to say it’s nearly been a full month.

Every time I leave a review it says zenchii has requested more information but I have still had no contact from them regarding my faulty product or refund

Purchased a chain back in December for a Christmas present, the chain was too small so I reordered the next length up and returned the other one within a week of buying it.
Sent the chain tracked which was signed for by a Charlie on the 4th of January. I have queried a refund since I sent the chain back, I got an email on the 10th to tell me they would sort it asap but were moving to a new warehouse, I then emailed again to ask if they have an idea of when I would recieve my refund and was told that it should all be back fully up and running by the beginning of the following week which was the 17th, I have since emailed twice to ask for an update as I am now down on money and without the product. I have had no reply and think this is totally unacceptable, the customer service is horrendous and if not reply after the weekend I will take this further.

I ordered a custom chain back in October 2021; it's now mid January, and I haven't still received my chain. I spent £150. I have not had any contact from Zenchii about my order. The customer service is crap. I am now asking for a full refund, but I'm still not having no response. Do not buy from here. Awful company!

They claimed the were making grillz but really using another company and they get all there stock off ali express zenchii the biggest fake about !

I have ordered on the 31st and my item has still not been received. I am not getting ignored when I am asking for my money back! Shocking customer service.

My son ordered a chain from here it was the wrong size they told me when to send it back to ,so I did next day delivery and signed for and they make so many excuses up I don't know what to do know 😑

Bought a small white gold chain for my 11 year old for Christmas and it's gorgeous and well worth the price. It also came in a beautifully presented box and with a lifetime warrenty. Will definitely purchase from here again, thank you.

Absolutely shocking experience ordered sent the wrong item tried for over a week to get in touch to get the right item back got ignored so found there address paid £7 special delivery to send it back and there address is unobtainable so now having to claim money back threw pay pal avoid at all cost

Ordered a bracelet for my boyfriend’s birthday and he loves it so much he sleeps with it on at night. Came in a lovely box and pouch, seems like a good quality item too but I guess time will tell. Was a little smaller than I thought it would be but I’m still very happy. Thanks

I ordered the wrong size chain without realising until it came which was only a few days before Christmas!!! I sent it back straight away and was praying the new one would arrive in time for Xmas which it did!!! I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was to exchange!! So thank you very much and the chain was gorgeous my hubby loves it!! Great quality for money and amazing customer service thank you very much zenchii
