ZEN Bank saved me when doyouspain & clickrent double rented car and refused to return the money
I rented asa consumer a 9-seater car for a week via the companies doyouspain and clickrent. When I arrived it turned out clickrent rented the car to someone else. I saw the people packing into the car… the clickrent agenr said “go away, we don’t have your car”. They said I was 3 hours late and refused to return the money for the whole week, blaming each other and asking me to complain at the airline, while they were in reality in partnership to appropriate my money.. They saw no problem in the fact that they had rented the same car twice, they did not call me or check-in otherwise.
ZEN Bank got my money back in the chargeback procedure from the dishonest companies doyouspain and clickrent who provided no service but wanted to make free profit. Just imagine I had rented the car for a month..
Thanks to ZEN Bank I luckily did not have go to a lawyer and prosecutor.
