Terminated without reason, blocked immediately, ignored for 150+ days

In September 2025, ZEN's complaints manager told me that my account was in good standing, apologized for mistakes made by their support team, and gave me three months of free PRO subscription as a gesture of goodwill. Sixteen days later, I got an automated notice of termination. There was no prior contact, no explanation, and no chance to respond. Even though the notice said there would be a 60-day period, all services were shut off right away.

All complaints got the same answer: "We can't give you any details because of privacy rules." The Bank of Lithuania asked ZEN for the legal reasons and facts behind the termination, but ZEN refused, saying the decision was "final and cannot be appealed."

Over 150 days have passed since a GDPR Subject Access Request was sent in October 2025, and ZEN's own Data Protection Officer promised in writing to give the data.

I have sent the Bank of Lithuania a formal complaint about a consumer issue.
