Great customer service
This is now my 3rd car with Zen Auto. I have nothing but great service from everyone I contacted, nothing was ever too much trouble even though I must have tested Angela’s patience with the amount of quotes that I asked her to do. She was helpful & cheerful throughout.

My original (and first personal lease vehicle) was an amazing find, an awful lot of car for the money. I extended the lease period twice and each time the basics (great personable customer service and costs) were evident. Based on this I now have my second personal lease car from ZenAuto. A seamless key for key hand over and again great end to end service. Initially I was extremely cautious about 'lease cars' but my experience to date (end to end with ZenAuto) has evidenced that this is a great way to run a car - without the downsides (e.g. depreciation, changing legislation, upfront costs etc.) Ok - the car is never yours but the cost of running a great car is (arguably) less than the depreciation/ cost of finance/ loss of interest on savings of other means of running a car.

ZenAuto: Well worth a look.
Leased with ZenAuto when their pricing was very good and now coming to end decided to lease again. Prices weren't as competitive but they matched best deal I could find online, so went ahead again and they didn't charge the admin fee.

Excellent service
Excellent service! Every time I've dealt with them, they've been extremely helpful and seem to go out of their way to make sure that I get the answers I need. There was a point where, through no fault of their own, my car service had to be refunded manually (i.e. I paid for the service and they paid me back) and the refund was processed the same day! They are just, generally, a friendly and helpful bunch of folks! That's why I just leased my next car through them, honestly. I probably could have got a chaeper deal somewhere else, but through the last four years with Zen and my current lease, I've grown to appreciate their service so much that, even though I did check other sites and found similar pricing, the customer service was always the thing I came back to.

So George is a customer services agent I was always fortunate to speak to.
To put you in the picture, I have been waiting on my car being delivered for a while now (over 4 months and still counting!!). Now this I am certain, is outwith Zen's control and more the manufacturer, so I have no criticisms of Zen Auto.
The delay has made it necessary of course, for me to chase up Zen for updates/understanding as to the status of the car..and I really have to say George was outstanding in his communications with me. He really goes the extra mile to ensure all your queries or concerns are addressed, and that you feel valued. A very pleasant, diligent, empathetic and professional advisor.

Left paying for dangerous car
Same story as last year. Refusing to arrange a service and a garage to look at a critical safety issue with the car (it keeps on slamming the brakes on randomly). What is the point of paying for the service package? I suspect they are hoping it happens in front of a lorry or something so they can close the complaint out without having to deal with it. They keep saying they're going to get Peugeot assist out to confirm the car is unsafe to drive, but there's been no sniff of them. It happened last year the same, and I was told no fault could be found. They're now telling me I can't return the death trap until Peugeot have had a chance to rectify it (apparently last years attempt doesn't count). I've held back from writing this but it's been going on way too long now.

I'm staying with Zen Auto for my new lease. They are always very helpful and responsive whether by phone or email. It's a good deal when renewing and it's been easy to do.
I do think the rentals process could be a little slicker, for example, getting a quote online that includes the renewal discounts would be helpful rather than having to get quotes via email.

Fair price. Good communication from first enquiry to ordering car. Online site for completing the order myself was straight forward.
I have not yet received the car so only basing my review on the initial order.

Smooth path to a new lease car
Zen enabled me to set up and commence a lease on a stock vehicle at an acceptable price, with ease and care on their behalf.
They laid out the process pathway clearly and were very responsive to queries and questions. They informed me what was happening and why, and provided everything I needed! The only sight niggle was that i had to wait for the full 14 day credit cooling off period before delivery was arranged, even through the vehicle was available.

Great service throughout
Been leasing with ZenAuto for just over a year. Everything was done online, it was really easy and delivery within 4 weeks. We opted for maintenance and we've just used the ZenAuto service booking over the phone. Car collected, serviced, washed and dropped off without lifting a finger! Customer service has been great throughout!! Would recommend to anyone!
