I contacted customer service before purchasing to confirm there wouldn’t be any extra duties for shipping to Canada, as the item ships from the US. I also reached out after placing the order with a question—both times, their team responded quickly and helpfully.
The price and shipping fees were exactly as advertised on the site, and I didn’t have to pay any additional duties—Zempire covered them.
We didn’t wait long for the tent—considering it shipped from the West Coast and we’re in Eastern Canada, it was delivered in about a week.
The tent itself is excellent quality. The zippers are sturdy, and the ground sheet (purchased separately) is thick and durable. It was actually easier to set up than we expected. There was a minor cosmetic flaw with the logo paint on the tent, but it didn’t impact our impression of either the product or the great customer service.
Overall, a great experience and a great product. I definitely recommend.
