An easy and smooth transaction - goods arrived promptly

Very good information regarding delivery to a foreign country (informed that delivery can take 7-10 days more than delivery inside own country).

Good website with detailed specifications. Easy webshop and error-free delivery.

Communication with the company was good, helpful and reassuring.

My main complaint: This business is not transparent, and therefore not trustworthy, and their products have not high quality and are overpriced.

Their ad showed up on Facebook. They "offer" their ZeScope Wireless 1080p Microscope Camera for half price (€71,5) (Normal price is said to be €143, and that's really overpriced, ).

But later another ad showed up, from a scientific magazine, offering two issues of their magazine for a special price €14,5, plus the same Microscope Camera for free... (They are showing several pictures of the microscope at work, so that seems fine, but I cant tell if quality is good. It seem to be more like a toy. One comment said the microscope stopped working after some time)

My conclusion is that "a normal price" of that microscope is somewhere around €9.

If you really need that kind of item, I suggest you visit a trusted physical store, or a trusted online store and purchase a quality microscope camera!

Or purchase if for €9, maybe it's worth playing with it for some time...

One month waiting for my order I didn't receive it. I hope they give me back my money.

I was a little skeptical at first, but I have to say that everything worked out fine for me. I have ordered two products in the store that I really enjoy...

I purchased the ZeScope Wireless Microscope, to start with it took 4 weeks to arrive from China(not Germany), from a company called Inskam!! (Its all in the name). The ZeScope Microcope does not work,I have emailed multiple times and they continue to ignore me. If you notice the reviews on the website are all perfect five star!! I submitted a negative review for the item which I did receive (but does not work), it has not appeared on the website as it must first be vetted by the admin. No surprises there. You cannot leave reviews on the Facebook page either. Alarm bells starting to ring yet? Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!
