The pink suit I ordered was 3 piece, it's dopatta is very thin and looks like the suit will only last one season. Please improve quality. 3000 rupees is not a small amount for a 3 piece suit.

Look wise the bag I ordered is very good but the stuff if very hard box like no flexibility so it did be difficult for me to put my things and take them out hassle free it will be a great hassle also the packaging could be better rather than a transparent shopper they could use something better.

I have ordered 3 kurta shalwars from zellbury and a t shirt just 5 days before eid and trust me i rcvd a caĺl from their rep. Telling me that the eid deliveries are closed and than just one day b4 eid I rcvd them all ... iam a regular customer of zellbury and they proved to be loyal to their customers iam truly thankful and i really appreciate them ... highly recommended guys ....

Placed a prepaid online order on May 12 for Eid (May 27). The order status stayed on "Confirmed" for a full week with no movement at all. I called the helpline almost daily to check, and 2-3 times the support team specifically assured me that the order would reach me before Eid. Proper reassurances, not vague answers.
Around May 22, on yet another follow-up call from my end, they suddenly told me the items had failed their quality check and the order was being cancelled. No proactive email, no advance notice. I only found out because I kept calling and pushing. A quality check that should have happened on day one, communicated only after the customer drags it out of you ten days later, is genuinely poor handling.
I then clearly asked for a bank refund in writing. They sent me a voucher anyway, then another email asking me to "kindly confirm my preference" as if I had not already confirmed it. The voucher is restricted to online use only, basically pushing me back into the same broken system. After multiple more helpline calls and follow-up emails, they finally agreed to process a bank refund with a 21 working day timeline.
False reassurances on call for a full week, last-minute cancellation only after I dragged it out of them, and a voucher push despite an explicit written refund request. Eid was ruined for the entire family because of how this was handled.
