Learning curve takes more than a minute
Ive only been on for 1.5 hours. Its ok so far. the learning curve is a bit much. The reason for 4 stars is that i havent been given the time to fully get acquainted with the platform. need to monitor access time before requesting a Review. have to have several internet tabs open and have your website open to speed up the answers to questions on how to use. Th chat bot is bothersome. Every couple minutes, if it idle it keeps bothering you with "Do you need more Guidance. Slow down. New users need time to navigate the platform.

Don't waste your time
within ten minutes I was shifted to 5 different reps. very poor service. I never got an answer to some questions regarding whether my ad was live or how long my ad would run. Very Poor.

What went well:
Strong Narrative: The core message and story in the video are excellent. The narrative is engaging, clear, and effectively keeps the viewer's attention throughout the presentation.
Areas for improvement:
Abrupt Ending: The video cuts off poorly at the very end, catching the spokesperson with their mouth still open. It feels a bit jarring and takes away from the otherwise professional feel of the video.
Feedback for the business:
I highly recommend doing a quick re-edit to trim the final few frames. A cleaner cut, a pause, or a proper fade-out right after the spokesperson finishes speaking would easily bump this up to a 5-star piece of content. Overall, great messaging, it just needs a minor technical tweak to stick the landing!

This is such a scam. When you don’t really know what you’re doing and you decide to wait to create something, they wipe your credits, the ones you paid for clean off your profile every month. So if you had 10,000 unused credits. All gone. Poof like you never had them. What a joke! I’m never using this platform again.
