Do not do business with this company

Set up a massage appointment months ahead as a special birthday gift for my mother-in-law. Received a confirmation text from them the day before the session, and then received a cancellation text less than an hour before the session was due to start. No apology. No explanation.

There is no contact information listed on their website. The texts they send are automated and you cannot respond to them.

A cursory glance at others reviews here shows that they have had similar experiences.

Not even sure this company really exists… Will never use again. DO BOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Providers NOT Vaccinated

Not only does Zeel not mandate that their massage therapists get vaccinated for COVID, but they don't have an option to allow you select a vaccinated provider.

This was absolutely the worst experience and waste of my time!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

This was absolutely the worst experience ever!!! I am in horrific pain and scheduled an appointment and paid online. Then I just received a couple of texts saying they were having difficulty fulfilling my request. I tried to contact someone via their supposed text support since they have NO NUMBER to call. I literally spent 2 solid hours waiting and then finally got a reply to the text that was completely AUTOMATED! I was livid, and there's no one to apologize or help. I was already miserable and hurting and this just made everything 1000 times worse. Now my appointment time has come and gone, and they literally haven't even told me sorry no one is there. If I had known they were never going to send anyone, I would have booked somewhere else!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!! Total rip off.

Do not use!!

Do not use!!! They “tried” to get a therapist for me for hours and when I finally canceled they charged me without providing any service. SCAM DO NOT USE!!

Horrible customer service, signed up and their platform said they do not have any service providers and the refuse to issue a refund for their horrible service. This should be a class action, they are stealing peoples money. SCAM!!!!

After multiple poor services and no effort to rectify this, I reached out to customer service to end my membership. They sent me options and because I did not respond within their given time frame they charged me $200. This was not the same customer service I received in North Carolina. This must be a Texas office problem. I highly recommend using their competitor Soothe instead. They value the safety and importance of each individual member.

Excellent!

My boyfriend surprised me on my birthday with a couples massage in our apartment and it was a fantastic experience!! Lamar and Cassio were fun to chat with, very professional, and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. It was my first time being massaged by a man and he did a great job with communication and making me feel comfortable. Not only were the massages great but they were both fun and made me feel very comfortable despite the semi awkwardness of having a stranger come over and set up massage tables in your home. They even had nice music for ambiance! 10/10!

Anniversary Weekend Saved

3/12/2021 The therapist ,Jenny Moore, was excellent. My husband and I scheduled a couples massage. Jenny showed up and we assumed the other therapist was downstairs trying to get checked in and get to our room. We waited on the other therapist but no one showed up. Jenny contacted someone and found out the other therapist canceled. We did not receive any information of the cancellation. Had it not been for Jenny we would not have know. Jenny also agreed to do my husband’s massage since we had scheduled a massage for us both. We were so appreciative of Jenny. She saved the day.
However ,we are disappointed that the therapist that canceled did not contact us and let us know.

buyer beware! horrible customer service.

false advertising. the website literally states that with a membership you get a massage table and sheet set “a $379 value!”, i’ve had the membership for two months and when i asked the support about it, i was told they no longer offer this and they were not able to do anything for me. even though their site still today says that. so don’t sign up expecting that or good customer service for that matter. with that being said the masseuses have been wonderful, would rather work direct with them than through this company.

I am livid !!!!!

I am livid !!!!!! I reserved a massage 2 weeks ago for Valentine’s Day. The company sent a gizzilion confirmation text messages and cancelled my appt 10 mins before the appointment ON VALENTINES DAY! This is extremely unacceptable. I am at a complete loss at how this is acceptable and there is no telephone number to contact anyone to discuss the matter! Never using again.

Valentines horror...

Booked 2 weeks in advance! 10 hours before appointment Therapsist cancelled. While at valentines dinner replacement canceled 2 hours before appointment. Spent my valentines dinner emailing and texting zeel instead of paying attention to my wife trying to find replacement. Nothing got done. Ruined my surprise for my wife and attention given to my wife on Valentine’s Day dinner trying to handle situation. NOT DEPENDABLE! Worse experience Ever. Ridiculous, upset I even counted on this. Made me look like such an idiot and cost me time with the person I love the most. Inexcusable....
