Great delivery experience and with zero emissions. Received a text with a one hour delivery window and my parcel was delivered as planned, with a smile.

Useless tracking and notifications.
I have got an e-mail only after my package wasn't delivered, with a reason 'Not Loaded' , with no indication what will happen next.
Live chat does not work, there is no phone number to call, and i haven't got any response to my e-mails sent to support and hello teams.
So I am chained at home waiting for it, wondering what will happen, as I will be away for next 10 days.

The worst service in the world DO NOT…
The worst service in the world DO NOT USE. It is a complete and utter waste of money you will NOT get your parcel. Even the company you order from cannot reach the couriers. They give ridiculous delivery slots eg 2am - 4am in the morning as if anyone would be awake that time. Regardless still stayed up waiting for the order to receive a message saying the courier rejected the delivery as time ran out. bearing in mind i placed an order at 9am in the MORNING. you cannot contact the company and they do not give updates on where your parcel is either. the live chat has been closed down and you can not reach anyone. This is even worse than evri. Company should be closed down IMMEDIATELY.

Useless tracking & delivery estimations
Got an email at 10.01am saying it'll be here within an hour. Its now 2.08pm, I'm still 7th in the queue and the new ETA is 3.08pm to 5.08pm. Useless.
Unreliable service
Unreliable service. I’ve been waiting for a hello fresh box all day yesterday, which was due to be delivered within one hour of 7.20pm. At 11pm I was still number 18 in the queue. In the morning I was told they could not locate my address, which is hard to understand given that it’s the very same address I’ve always used, located in a well-known, residential building. I don’t buy that argument.
Tip: perhaps at least be transparent and recognise you’ve failed to provide the service, rather than coming up with highly improbable reasoning.

On the same day my delivery was due to arrive, I emailed to change the address in the hope that someone would pick it up before the driver left for their route. Vanessa was so helpful, she emailed me back straight away and passed on my request to the depot. Before I had a chance to reply Vanessa emailed me to say it was confirmed. this was very helpful for me as I don't drive, and two Hello Fresh boxes would've been very difficult for me to collect. Thank you!
Waiting for a delivery …
Waiting for a delivery that said would be within an hour of 14.41 saying on tracking 2 in queue for last 3 hours and can see it going all over the place - so not 2 parcels ? Tried to use live chat but reverts back to main screen so can’t type in. It is now 17.46 ……. And looks far away still
Update : I was told I received all the messages in error and no my parcel was not delivered on the same day it came late morning the following day on 28th.

Worse service would be impossible
They tried to deliver my parcel on wednesday but was not possible. They did not left any notice saying when they would be back. Whoever try to deliver change the status for delived with a note saying not delivered. Because of that I cannot track the parcel anymore, communication is horrible and so far had no answer from support. Honestly will no be using their services ever again
