I switched to Zealous Host from SparkedHost. Myself and my players noticed an immediate significant performance gain, all for nearly half the price. Owners are friendly, professional, and frequently available for live support via Discord. I am very happy with my choice to switch to Zealous Host.

TL;DR (Full review below) - Zealous Host is one of the better, customer service first hosting sites available! Live support via Discord server or via DMing the owners directly is a huge asset. 9/10 would recommend!

When looking for a good host, I like to look for those that are easy to get in touch with, powerful hardware, and good pricing. Zealous Host has all 3.

If in need of support, it is easy to come by with access to the Owners (Britton/Trenton) via Discord DM, or through the "Support" channel on their Discord server. I personally have not waited for longer than a few hours to get my issue resolved, the fastest I've experienced. In comparison to other hosts that make you wait 24+ hours for a response that isn't all that helpful, Zealous Hosting goes above and beyond to support their customers!

Powerful Hardware is key for a Minecraft server. Zealous Hosting uses 3rd Generation Ryzen 3700x CPUs, paired with Samsung DDR4 2666MHz memory - which is an awesome pairing of hardware. On top of that, the Corsair MP510 NVMe drive helps cut server startup times drastically. On my old host, startup would take around 45-60 seconds with only 17 plugins - hosting with Zealous has cut this down to just under 20 seconds with 25+ plugins!

Pricing is, in my opinion, very well worth it, considering the customer support and hardware. Cheapest plan starts at $1.50USD/mo for 0.5GB of RAM, up to $21.00USD/mo with 7GB of RAM. If you need more than 7GB, they also offer a Custom memory option, starting at $24.00USD/mo. Super worth the price, if you ask me :)

The only small issue I had, and something that was fixed promptly, was that a port for Votifier is not opened automatically upon server creation. A simple message to Britton (Thanks dude :)) fixed this, and a port was opened minutes after I asked!

Overall, excellent host, and look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future :D

Been hosting for these guys for about a month now, They’re a little pricey but the quality is top tier consoles responsiveness is good. I ran a faction server with a good amount of plugins and never had people complain about lag. Its ran by Trenton and Britton I personally like Britton better but all around not a bad host would recommend for larger server needs.

The workers here respond so quickly its crazy. There is always someone available who is happy to help me! Even if all it is is just a problem on my server they come right to my assitance. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to switch hosts or needing one!

With an abundance of knowledge backing their every decision. They are willing to go the extra mile every time to make sure your service is perfect, and are willing to assist in just about anything you need help with.
You as the client will utilize the pterodactyl console which provides the most power to the server owner than any other console out there. They put the power back in your hands while still making everything very simple to operate and setup.
All of this coupled with the lowest hosting prices I have ever seen really equates to,

Great host. The support is really quick and the servers rarely if not never lag. The panel is REALLY easy to use. If i were to buy another server, it'd be here.

Yeah, it’s running pretty smooth, maybe best ever hosting provider I’ve ever used.

Great customer support for the past 6+ months. Friendly and helpful owners who are always doing their best to give you a good user experience. Constantly taking feedback into consideration is a big + for me and Zealous executes it perfectly.

Good people but quite a few growing pains as they are small. Not the best communication and they deleted all my files by accidentally terminating my service. Quite a few hiccups and not the most professional but they try to help.

After using the host for quite some time now, I can say that this is a excellent host for its price, TPS is at 20.0 at all times, which is impressive for 1.15, about 30 plugins, & with 4GB. barely any latency, and the support team is friendly, quick, & helpful! :)

Highly recommended to use for a perfect, fairly cheap, & easy to use Minecraft Hosting service :)

Zealous generously offered me a trial server equivalent to my previous one for testing and dedicated HOURS to helping us set up!

Great server, Fantastic staff, the customer support is almost instant, and on top of that the server never lags and when running into plugin issues, the great staff were already on the case with helping me fix them. Zealous Host is definitely on par with even the bigger hosting companies. And I'm more than happy with my choice to switch to them.

Im a Beta Tester of this host and by far This Server host is the fastest host I've used, and the server never lags. It also has some amazing ACTIVE staff who can you help almost with anything. Overall i rate this server host a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend everyone to use this server host ! :)
