This company is managed very badly, they don't keep any stock, and almost any order needs about a week before gets shipped.
Customer service is pretty much useless, they don't even read the message and reply with some protocol answer, no care at all for customer needs.
I ordered a mug and shirt, which shipped late, I requested multiple times the chance to return this product and it's almost 4 weeks since I sent an email but not a single return label is been sent to me, and not even a decent answer.

Avoid it. It is a scam. The offers are tempting but you will be ripped off. You will buy the item, they will refund it but not the shipping fees. After the reviews and what happened to me I can tell you this is the way they steal. The items never left their facility as shown when tracking the number in FedEx. They steal your 6 dollar.
Eviten comprar en esta tienda. Te devolverán el dinero pero se quedan con los dólares del envío aunque jamás utilizaron la guía que te publican. El artículo jamás deja su bodega. Las ofertas son tentadoras pero no caigan! Ojalá les sirva mi experiencia y la de otros usuarios que estoy leyendo.

The products are very good, but most of them are out of stock, i.e. almost all of them are sold out. And the truth is that they don't offer free shipping.
