The Prices are ok - delivery time not
The Prices are ok, could be more cheaper.
The delivery time is awful. Everytime I‘ve gotten my Order 7 to 10 days later as promised.

As a customer, I find zavvi to be non-transparent and have only had disappointing experiences with them so far. First order, five years ago: shirts. Cheap stuff, but for 10 bucks, what can you expect. So the first experience was meh at least and it's the reason for my second star. Almost three years ago, I ordered a collectible that was on sale, which I was really looking forward to, but zavvi canceled the order after a while. They probably realized that they had priced it too low or something. I was really disappointed. That was the first time I had had enough. Now, after years of abstinence, I'm back, browsing, thinking: give them a chance. I browsed through the shop, subscribed to the newsletter, which at least earned me a small voucher code as a reward. Fine! Let's order something. But I found out that it's not even valid for me. When I asked why, I was told that I had already ordered from them before. I placed my order anyway because I think the item is great. And if it arrives, okay. But since I'm being asked about my “shopping experience” here, I have to say that there wasn't one in the last 5 years that would have made shopping enjoyable for me.

First Order Experiences
delivery to germany took some time but i guess thats normal. But that was no problem cause the package was always trackable and im a patient person. but other then that the prices are really fair here and the products were all sealed as promised. Its a good place to find english/region B shows/movies which i was looking for. im overall satisfied with this website thats why im still giving it a 5 star rating, i would order anytime again from here.
