Nooit weer zo slechte service, er is gewoon geen service!

k bestel en het duurt ellendelang voordat de bestelling komt. Pak klopt niet in verhouding hoodie groot broek te klein.
Het moet retour. Ik heb betaald via klarna gelukkig. Nooit weer hier bestellen!
Inmiddels 5 mails verder nog steeds geen retour etiket ontvangen.
Geen enkele reactie op mijn mail.
En nu???
Wacht al 5 dagen op een retour etiket/mail.
Hoe moelijk kan het zijn??
Hoe moelijk kan het zijn om te reageren op een mail?
Adverteren vandaag besteld morgen verstuurd. Pakket duurde zeker 2 weken voordat het kwam. Nu ook 2 weken om retour te kunnen sturen?? Misschien krijg ik hier een reactie.

Kwaliteit en website

Zeer tevreden over de kwaliteit en de service en de website is ook mooi overzichtelijk kan heel makkelijk de producten vinden die ik wil nogmaals zeer tevreden
