ZARA.PL Worst customer experience :
I didnt know zara could have such a bad customer services. I had an online order from zara.pl where estimated delivery date was 22.09.2025. After a week passed from this date order was still not arrived and there were no information nothing from zara side. I tried to contact with customer service as a foreigner living in poland and ofcourse there were no english support! Then as a solution i ask my boyfriend to call them and ask about statu of order. Guess what they done? Because its not his order they refuse the give any single information. We were next to each other he could answer any security questions to confirm that he is next to me and just doing translation but ZARA services didn’t except it. Anyway at least we got email to contact and i wrote them but one more week passed and no clear response that whats wrong why my order didn’t arrive and at least why ZARA not informing me with any solution? At least giving me option to refund my money back , right? It’s the worst customer service experience ever for me. I guess value added f brand should be the solutions they give to customer when there is issues and Zara totally failed.
