Unacceptable Chat/whatsapp Customer Service for returns in Zara Italy

I submitted a request to return some items of my online order which was accepted. But I didn't receive a secondary email with my postage label as advised by Zara's first email.
4 days after, I followed up with whatsapp which was only resourced with a very unhelpful AI assistant.
I then attempted to contact customer service via Chat. Chat which was initially AI, then redirected my query to a real assistant. But they didn't respond in time and the chat timed out after 15 minutes.
My husband also attempted chat, with the same result.
Zara - this level of customer service is unacceptable for those who do not live anywhere near a store to complete a return.

I ordered a pair of jeans online €29.95…

I ordered a pair of jeans online €29.95 with postage the total was 34.90. I had to send it back as it was too small. It took almost a month for someone to pick it up . Meanwhile I ordered a bigger size same amount paid €34.90 including postage . When I received the refund it was for € 25.00 . I complained to Zara and they replied it was correct. Final result was one pair of jeans in the correct size cost me € 29.95 for the jeans and € 15.00 for postage (50% ) . This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced .

I drove 7 hours to go to west Edmonton…

I drove 7 hours to go to west Edmonton mall Zara. I bought a jacket I loved for $170 plus tax. I drove home, wore it for the first time and the zipper broke within the first hour of wearing it. I contacted customer service and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Very unimpressed, bad customer service and poor quality merchandise’s. Don’t recommend. The stuff is cute but expensive and poor quality. Don’t waste your time or money.

Zara refusing to give me my £280 refund!!!!!!!! HELP!!!

I returned items 13th January 2024.. still no refund. This refund is around £280. I’ve spoken to Zara multiple times, they just try to fob me off as soon as possible. They tell me I need to speak to the bank which I did, multiple times and they have advised it’s nothing to do with them, it’s Zara withholding the money. I get promises that it’s being looked into but no one gets back to me. It’s truly disgusting how a company like Zara is allowed to get away with this. All I want is MY money back as returned all items. I’m starting to become impatient..

Terribile assistance

I bought a black suede coat at Zara in Rome.
I weared only once for a few hours, it faded and stained, totally ruining my white Michael Kors bag.
I had contacted the assistance of Zara for asking a refund for the bag, after I had returned the coat to the store and, showed in person the bag to the responsible of the store.
They called Zara and told them I was trying to contact them and to answer me.
Zara wrote me than asking me, if I had followed the instruction of the coat…
I just wored the coat, what Am I supposted to to, put on a mannequin and looked at the coat without wearing it…
When I answered writing to them, leaving all my contacts and also my phone number, they replied to contacted them at their
# 800 924 600,
that of course, I have tried even before but, its a not working number.
Totally ridiculed, wrote them again, did get response.
The item was also classified as faulty but, at the same time, it was anti-thefted and put back on sale.
Be careful with these items, my bag needs to be thrown away

I would give Zara Home no stars but it does not give me this option

I will never shop at Zara home again and will let as many people as I can know about my experience with them. The staff are rude and have no customer service skill. I have been trying to sort out a problem for 5 months. I purchased a white cotton quilt cover and 2 sets of pillow cases while on holiday in Italy. The quilt was washed once and all the lace edging has fallen to bits. When I tried to contact Zara head office I was given the run around being past from one person to another for about a week. When I was finely put in touch with customer service I was told that I would have to returne the bedding to the store where it was purchased in ITALYwhich is totaly unexceptable. When challeged them they asked me to send photo of proof of purchse and pictures of the bedding which I did,I was then told the bedding had gone down in price and they would give me vouchers to this amount to which I refused as I had proof of the price I purchased it for and it was clearly a faulty product.I have requested the contact detail and address of the store in I taly so I could return it ,but was told they can not give me this information and will not help me any further .I am now left with bedding that cost me 79.00euros which I have only used once. I am very angy with the out come and the amount of time I have also wasted trying to resolve this issue . The only satisfaction I will get from this is to tell as many people about my experiance as I possible can which I will absolutley do.
