This is clearly a scam. They won’t process my withdrawal and just emailed a fake PayPal receipt lol 🤣

I reached and exceeded the payout three times. I cashed in to Mastercard and never received any money. I complained and they blocked my account without explanation. They owe me three cash outs.

I am extremely frustrated with Zap Surveys and their inBrain offer wall. I completed a high-paying offer for MrPunter, which required me to actually spend my own money and wager $32 CAD. I did exactly what was asked over a week ago. The app glitched, left my offer stuck on "in-progress," and refuses to give me a dispute button even though the 7-day waiting period is over.

The worst part is the non-existent customer service. I have emailed support for both Zap Surveys and inBrain directly, attaching clear screenshot proof of my $32 wager receipt, and they are completely ignoring me. They are happy to take your data and have you spend money on their partner apps, but they vanish when it is time to pay you. Fix my account and credit my MrPunter offer.

I've had an account before, and also my wife, and one day, meaning today, I logged in and it's almost time to cash out so I logged in, and there it was a message telling me my account was blocked and idk what it why. My wife played the same app on her phone and I used my phone and a different everything, so there's no way anything fraudulent is going on and u shouldn't of blocked my account. Please let unblock my account please and I'll change this to a 5 star review.

I've had this account for years. And now they locked it and won't respond. So now I can't cash out.

I have try to cash out my $60 but veriff wants my ID to proof I’m real and I did show them my ID and then Zap Survey locked my account, I contact them but they said my account did not pass their verification process, which resulted in its suspension,and they regret to inform me they think their is detected fraudulent in my account and they will not process my payment. I’m not happy Zap survey now, everyone should not sign up in this survey to their accounts locked.

I'll be honest that I've seen the app a little but from the little I've seen I find it very interesting

I asked for a payment. Then my account was closed. 2weeks of asking for my payment. Still no answer. Frauds

I do not trust ZapSurveys. After spending time completing surveys, I was surprised to find out that they require a photo ID just to cash out. This was never clearly explained upfront. I’m not comfortable sharing sensitive personal information like my ID with a survey app, especially when there’s no strong transparency about how that data is stored or used. Because of this requirement, I won’t be cashing out and would not recommend this app to others. I had to let go of 12 dollars. My privacy is more important. They use the excuse they need it to make sure I’m not a bot. But they steal your privacy and sell it to a company in Estonia. Beware !

Scammers This is the worst app I've ever seen. They don't pay out and nothing works. They ask you to verify your identity and then close your account, and if you're lucky, you have to wait a month to withdraw your money.

Don’t expect to get paid ! Don’t waste your time !

I don't know why everybody saying they don't pay out and they're a bad website they paid me out within 3 days no hesitation and every time I left them an email they responded quickly so it's a great survey site

​I have completed over $10.00 worth of surveys and reached a balance of $10.38. When I attempted to cash out to my PayPal account, the app is stuck in a permanent technical loop preventing verification and payment processing.
​I contacted support and received a response asking for extensive technical details. I immediately provided them with all the data requested:
​My full name and account details (email and verified PayPal address).
​My device OS (Android 16 / One UI 8.0) and IP address (All these details were sent privately to support).
​A full screen recording of the PayPal verification failure.
​Despite sending conclusive proof of the system glitch, Zap Surveys has refused to respond and has not manually processed the payment. They have all the video evidence and are simply refusing to release the earnings. This is a deliberate stall tactic to keep earned funds.

My account has been blocked due to my driving licence being blurry. If there is any doubt regarding my identity, you may conduct a video KYC or use any other verification method you consider appropriate. However, blocking a user’s account is not a suitable or customer-friendly solution. Furthermore, I have already contacted customer support via email, but it has been a week and I have not received any satisfactory resolution to my issue.

zap surveys has really been amazing. i lost my job a month ago and have gained hundreds theough them . And gotten replies to both emails i sent! I think their the best survey site hamds down!

As a citizen of India I have only Aadhar Card And PAN Card Only

they no longer payout in au and will not release your money highly do not recommend

If I could give lower than 1 star I would first they want you to verify you're identity.Then want you to verify you're PayPal account.then when all is done you still can't cash out it says account is blocked I've been working hard I have quite a bit to cash out on I'm disappointed and disabled this money would really have helped I THINK IT'S TIME TO START A LAWSUIT AND STOP THESE SCAMMERS IF ANYONE ELSE IS INTERESTED PLEASE EMAIL ME silvermoon4200gm
