Weeks to be delivered. When it came in it did not fit my model Y and the company will not respond to me while I’m trying to return the product. It stated it would fit a 206 model Y and it does not. I’ve gotten no response.

We had t Seems like a one man shop with poor customer service, delays, and no ownership!o follow up with tracking…
We had to follow up with tracking information multiple times as they held on to the order for over 2 weeks before shipping out. Only shipped out when we said we'll cancel the order. Very lame excuses provided! The item finally came, and it was not compatible with our Tesla S model. Something that should have been added on their ad/description. Of course they didn't take ownership of the issue and incompatibility of the charger port. Seems like a one man shop with poor customer service, delays, and no ownership!
