It's the worst company You can imagine

It's the worst company You can imagine. Videos that fail (they just do not work). Yes, the paid plan. I asked for a refund and to stop the suscription and they continue (till today). Fortunately my bank gave me the refund. We sent over 5 emails and we got no answer: through website, through their email. It's like talking to a Ghost company. We cannot cancel the suscription, they must do it so we are hostages of their painful service. Please avoid them.
