Good support and reliability
I use ZAP-Hosting for webhosting (used to use it for gameserver hosting). As far as my experience goes support is always ready to help and offer solutions. Pricewise especially for the lifetime products its really good.
In addition DDoS protection with no up price.

This will be the last time I ever book a server here
Very disappointing experience with Zap Hosting. I accidentally booked the wrong server and opened a support ticket within 5 minutes asking for a cancellation and refund.
Instead of resolving the issue, nothing happened. One month later I was charged again. I opened another ticket and was simply told that a refund is not possible.
Poor customer support and no willingness to help customers even when the mistake is reported immediately.

ZAP-Hosting Threatens You into Paying Invoice for Unwanted Service
I originally paid for a year of Discord bot hosting and had no plans of renewing it, but ZAP-Hosting forced me to pay an invoice of 40 dollars without any warnings before the service was about to end. They also threaten you into paying the invoice by blocking your access to other servers that you paid for, and threaten that they will send a debt collection company after you.
