too much incompetence and poor service

too much incompetence and poor service. i bought shoes on the 23/08/24 and till today i can't get my order for more than 2 months now. I paid for tax and vat via Buffalo, who later delivered the parcel to Zando. its been 2 weeks now with the escalation when ever you call and they can not give you any solid feedback. when you send mails, they are never replied to, so i want to let south africa know that Zando is a bunch of scammers, never to trust them again.

Use to be great, now awful

After years of supporting this site, they have now changed their return policy to only a drop off in warehouse in Cape Town, useless for Gauteng shoppers. Unfortunately won't be buying from them anymore

Zando uses People to push like on products

Zando uses people to push the rates of their products up and at the same time they scam people from their money.
they contact you via Facebook or WhatsApp. Draw you a picture of earn 300 to 1000 rand a day. You get R20 to report the first day. You are told to do things like or favorite certain products - a lot of people does this.
Then you are told to add certain items to your cart. So you are pushing up their "rates" and "sales".
You get a task for the "Merchant" where you need to put money into the account of someone else. and it becomes credit for you to go to a website called Jumia. you earn commission by buying goods that are specified for you.
You need to buy this and get a commission based on what you paid. and you get an extra R30.
Then you get 3 tasks similar to liking products or putting it into the cart. then task 8 does the "Merchant" task.
Unfortunately, I decided to give a big amount. The experience turned into a nightmare.
I have since logged a fraud case at my bank and at the police station.
Please be aware that they are using scams and back handed ways to get your attention.

I regret not reading reviews before…

I regret not reading reviews before placing order. I ordered an afro 13×4 pre plucked wig, only to receive a disgusting wig that you can't even put on your head. And they telling Me I can't return it.
Reading at the reviews I guess it is their way of scamming people off their money because Iam not the only one complaining. Never again I order anything at zando

I ordered a colored curly wig frm Zando, delivery took literally a month😢and only to discover that what I ordered is totally different from what is on their website/page. The wig looks old and not in a good condition It's unfortunate that wigs are not returnable. I am disgusted and disappointed. My money down the drain.

They always deliver on time, friendly delivery people, good quality and I recently bought shoes for my boyfriend and they didn't fit and they collected them for free and got my refund within 2days.

Gheats and liars

They are useless; they promise to refund your items. I bought two dresses, and nowhere on the page does it advise the fabric. I got the parcel, I opened the package, and the material clung to my hand like a cheap suit. I did not even bother putting it on. Before the cursor even left, I was asking for a refund, but now I get a call advising that the dress has body odor on it, so they will not refund it!! Please stop ordering and close them down!!

This is definitely a nightmare i called in to inform them about a parcel of which i havent received till to date and my query is ignored flat out as they concluded that i authorized for their driver to someone my parcel without my concern when no one even bothered to call me ive tried to make contact with the CEO grant brown but clearly my complain is not off importance so they can keep the package but they must know that their services were highly poor and disrespectful as ive spent my airtime explaining so its fine keep the parcel

I ordered shoes for my son only to find they don't fit, I requested for return within the stipulated time and that was on 1 December 2023 to date the return hasn't been fetched I'm always promised that the courier company will come whenever I contact them but nothing. Don't order from this company - 2nd experience now where they say they have fulfilled but no one has even come to our gate and then they just cancel your order without even attempting to contact you as the PAYING customer! Terrible service I will not use them again

I just got my order on time ,it didn’t take while as I was expecting regarding on the reviews experience .I would recommend people to order their quality it’s not bad .The only mistake they did on other shirt was the size hence I ordered one large and one X-Large then I got all X-L but it’s okay fit n suit .Thank you

Such a nightmare, I'm so frustrated!

I wish I could have checked the reviews before buying at Zando, this is my first and the last time. It's been more than a week now since I've been waiting for my parcel.i was patiently waiting for delivery with no luck for the whole week, I kept getting messages that they couldn't deliver, sadly I did not even got any call or messages from delivery company they never showed up at all they're deliver partner is a mess, no communication at all, they even captured my delivery address wrong no wonder they didn't even showed up. I wanted to cancel but still it's the problem, when I want to cancel they'll promise to deliver the following day and same problem repeats itself. I've never experienced such nightmare, please run and never look back, if you thinking about ordering on zando think twice.

I ordered 2 items on 7 September 2023 and received it almost a month later on 05 October 2023. Very bad experience, staff very unhelpful, promised to call me back, didnt do it, only came back to me after I called several times. I wont recommend buying from Zando at all👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Bad experience

As first timer I'm really frustrated with Zando and their delivery partner. The driver called me and I told him I was not home he can come tomorrow, since them the nightmare started. The drive lied saying the address that was given was not correct. Since then we are a week later and still I haven't received my parcel. Every time I call the helpdesk they are saying my parcel will be delivered the next day, come the next day still nothing. I asked to cancel the order even that is a problem. This will be my first and last time me ordering from Zando.
