Our free service allows 2 files conversions per 24 hour period (the 24 hours starts at the point of your first file upload rather than at midnight). It sounds as though you may have already uploaded two files for conversion and so you are being asked to subscribe for a paid plan.

This is excellent
This is excellent. It helps convert my reading material to mp3 accurately and precisely. It gives me the option of speed of reading, voice volume, and voice type. This has been very helpful for me to listen to my reading material while driving which helps me a lot when I actually sit down to study. When I start reading myself with my own eyes I do not feel like I am reading something new. I am already acquainted with the material. Great tool, undoubtedly!

Initially, they show it's a free site for converting and ask you to upload the file, once you upload it converts to the desired format, and at the time of downloading they ask you to select their paid plans, This gives a feeling of cheating, if you wish to provide paid services declare in first hand only. With update to Apples new Sonoma, I got some trouble by using Zamzar by the desktop app and contacted Zamzar Helpdesk. I got in short time the feedback and also some more communication and even the problem could not finally be solved (is on Apple side), this service was excellent and would appreciate if others would do it in this manner. Amazing customer service!
While the service wasn’t what I needed, their customer service team reached out to me to see how they could make things right. I was pleasantly surprised with their effort—I haven’t experienced such great customer service in a very long time. In the future, I will use them because I know I will be well taken care of.
